F.A.Q.’S

1.What is Timberlords Axe Throwing?

Timberlords is an indoor axe throwing range. Groups are lead by an “Axe Master” in a safe and exciting manner. Axe throwing skills are taught in the beginning of the session. Instruction is followed by axe games that result in a thrilling and semi-competitive good time.

2. Is axe throwing safe?

Yes. Throwing axes is similar to other target sports. Provided that participants follow the instructions and safety rules explained by our staff. The use of common sense is essential to handling an axe safely as well. We frown up “AXE-IDENTS”.

3. How much does it cost?

$25 per person for an hour with a trained Axe Master. The Axe Master will coach you to become successful and engage your group in a variety of competitive games.

4. What is the difference between a “Private Stall” and a “Shared Stall”.

A private stall is just for you and your group. It requires a minimum of 4 paid people ($100) to have a private stall with two targets. You can play with less people in a private stall but the minimum price remains the same. A “Shared Stall” is for smaller groups of less than 4 people who MAY end up sharing a stall with another small group. You will still have one target to your group, but the stall MAY end up being shared if another group books at the same time.

6. Will someone teach me how to throw?

Absolutely!  You will be with an instructor at all times.  The first 15- 30 minutes of your experience is spent learning the safety rules and procedures of how to handle an axe. With practice and by following our guided procedures, you will be able to safely throw an axe by the end of your session.
